Our server management plan offers monthly preventive maintenance services to ensure that your servers are fully optimized to maximize your company productivity.
Server Management Includes – Unlimited Remote Online Tech Support, Unlimited Phone Support, Unlimited, Equipment Purchasing Support, Technical Assessment, Windows Updates, Security Patches, Anti-Virus Definition management, Anti-Spyware Definition Updates, and System Performance Optimization.
System Monitoring - Servers, networking equipment and even applications are are monitored for uptime and performance to ensure your environment is stable and always available. Our monitoring occurs on many levels; from your entire network to a specific application you use. We monitor all aspects of your technology infrastructure to ensure stability and to ensure your systems are running at peak performance.
Automated Maintenance Tasks – Best practice-driven maintenance tasks are performed regularly to ensure you maximize your investment technology and enjoy maximum uptime, for example Disk Defragmentation on workstations and removal of temporary files.
Patch and Firmware Management – Patch and Firmware management for your systems ensure they are running the most current versions which in turn fosters stability and efficiency. This includes Windows and productivity suite updates as well as firmware updates for your networking equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
System Maintenance – Scheduled routine maintenance for systems and applications during or after business hours depending upon your needs – for example, deploying a Windows Service Pack or upgading the firmware on a server would be covered by best practices-based system maintenance.
Software Deployment - Software deployments are part of our ongoing maintenance schedule. If you are rolling out a specific application throughout your business, we can leverage ‘silent’ mechanisms to deploy the software all on the computers. We can also use this procedure to upgrade software versions or to install/re-install software package.
E-Mail Security - We have partnered with Google (Postini) to provide robust anti-spam and anti-virus filtering for e-mail with their Google Message Security (GMS) solution. This platform is arguably the best e-mail protection solution on the market. Since over 90% of e-mail on the internet is unsolicited, we utilize a solution that removes the clutter from your inbox and ensures only ‘good’ messages are delivered to your mailbox. Its self-serving functionality allows you to release any quarantined messages that may have been blocked on accident without the need to engage support.
Google Apps – Google Apps is a low cost Microsoft Exchange alternative. Infiniti Systems can assist in migrating your Exchange email to Google’s low-cost hosted services that provide full “push” syncing of email, calendars and contacts with any Windows or Apple smart phone. Fixed Fee Network Support – With Infiniti Systems Managed Services, clients can expect to pay a fixed-fee for desktop management. The fixed-fee is based on per workstation/server, per employee. The fixed price provides automated workstation/server monitoring, system patching and preventative maintenance. Infiniti Systems Managed Services also has additional plans that provide unlimited remote support in addition to the basic necessities, above. This benefits clients in two ways: 1. No surprises - clients are able to predict their monthly expenses for computer network support. 2. Aligned goals – Infiniti Systems will do it’s best to resolve every problem or issues that clients may have the first time, to prevent downtime and additional service requests. It doesn’t benefit Infiniti Systems to rework the same issue over and over. This model is more cost effective than a hourly or break-fix model- where clients call their computer support company when something breaks and are billed hourly to complete the work.
